On August 2, six graduates from the 23rd group of participants in WorkWell’s four-week training program received their certificates of completion and recognition, and received congratulations from family members, friends, WorkWell staff and volunteers, and other guests. Each graduate shared their own personal aspirations with the audience, and staff members reviewed where each one stands in the ongoing job search process.
This cohort brings the number of WorkWell graduates to 148 since the program started in April 2021. An additional 122 have started the program but did not complete due to various reasons – including finding a job they needed to start right away. Altogether, 270 individuals have received help from the program as they negotiated their re-entry experience.
