Todd Venetianer

Todd Venetianer comes to WorkWell’s Executive Board with a background in the enterprise software, financial and consulting industries. After thirty-five years Todd made a decision to also immerse himself in the very different world of philanthropy. His success in the private sector will prove invaluable to WorkWell in the coming years. Todd is especially interested in volunteering and expanding WorkWell’s marketing and fundraising efforts.

WorkWell met Todd through NonProfitConnect, a Mercer County-based organization that trains professionals transitioning into nonprofit volunteer work. After exploring WorkWell’s mission and curriculum, Todd joined our executive board. WorkWell is fortunate to have someone with his proven skills. For the past twenty years, Todd served as COO/CFO for several start-up companies in a variety of industries. His success building businesses, as well as his background in finance, operations, and HR, will prove enormously useful to WorkWell as it continues to grow in exciting new directions.  “I’m excited to be involved with an organization whose mission is to help transform the lives of returning citizens,” says Todd. “I’ve been impressed with WorkWell’s training curriculum as well as the dedication of the staff and board.
