Our Team

The WorkWell Partnership is an independent nonprofit, originated in 2018 by a church in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, since joined by a growing number of individual and organizational partners who share a commitment to helping returning citizens navigate the difficult path to life beyond bars. Its services are also provided to other justice-impacted individuals at risk of incarceration.

WorkWell equips men and women with workplace and life skills needed for sustained employment and community engagement. Rather than operating solo, duplicating existing resources and services, the founders saw the wisdom of partnering with various agencies, nonprofits, and other groups, tapping into their collective expertise to achieve shared goals. Our team is mostly volunteers and part-time employees. For further information, email info@workwellpartnership.org.
